I will be a faculty member for the Food & Sustainability Certificate Programme provided by the European Institute for Innovation and Sustainability and starting in May 2021.
The course will focus on solutions to fix our broken food system, with the potential of finding real business opportunities. Participants will be able to foster their career, expand their network and interact with peers and experts in food sustainability.
All the main aspects related to food will be covered. From sustainable agriculture and nutritional challenges to food policy and food education—and much more. Online tuition will be combined with practical workshops and exercises, following the “Challenge Based Learning” approach. Several important experts in the field will join me in this journey, sharing their knowledge and experience.
